9wickets never charges withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile banking operator may apply their own fees — this is entirely subject to their own policies.

If bonus abuse is detected — such as repeatedly claiming the same bonus or collecting bonuses across multiple accounts — 9wickets reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and close the account.
9wickets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The validity period of bonus offers is generally stated clearly, and bonuses expire automatically once the period ends.
Once a bet is confirmed in the 9wickets Sports Betting section, it cannot be cancelled — unless the event itself is cancelled or postponed. The Cash Out feature may be used to exit a bet within a specified timeframe.
If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned to the account. In the case of an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00.
If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical issue on the platform, 9wickets reserves the right to void that bet. The same policy applies in cases where incorrect odds have been displayed.
